INGREDIENTS
- 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 x chopped onion
- 1 x large green pepper - finely sliced
- 2 x crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of crushed chilli flakes
- 20gms of chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 12 - 16 Cooked mussels
- 12 - 16 Shelled prawns
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1) Heat up olive oil in frying pan or wok.
2) Add green pepper and onion and gentle cook until soft, not brown.
3) Add tinned tomatoes, garlic, basil and chilli flakes
4) Gentle cook for 5 mins
5) Add mussels and prawns and cook for a further 5 mins to ensure both are piping hot
6) Serve with spaghetti
