INGREDIENTS

-2.5 tsp baking powder 
- 1 cup flour 
- 1 cup sugar 
- 4 eggs 
- ½ cup oil 
- ¼ cup cocoa 
- ½ cup boiling water 
- 1 tsp vanilla essence 
- 1 pinch salt 


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 


1) Sift flour and add salt and sugar. 

2) Make hole in the middle and add the egg yolk, vanilla, oil, cocoa and water. 

3) Mix well. 

4) Beat egg white and add to mixture. 

5) Add baking powder. 

6) Bake for 30 minutes on 200 C
